Making up one half of the Goodstuff duo, Ben is the proud Co-Founder of Goodstuff, having set it up in 2004 with his business partner Andrew Stephens, after Virgin offered the pair the chance to go it alone. Having now grown the agency to over 100 Goodstuffers and Media Week’s Agency of the Year, Ben’s primary roles today cover agency management and being a driving force behind our people and culture strategy. In his over fifteen years of working with Andrew, Ben has never yet been convinced to wear a suit. And he intends to keep it that way.
