We are delighted to announce that we will be working with GambleAware on their public health campaign activities.
GambleAware has been invited to deliver an independent 2-year public health-based campaign to promote safer gambling behaviour. Funding for this is part of a range of broader commitments made by advertisers and broadcasters to the DCMS in response to the recent Gambling Review. Specifically, this campaign deals with the stated objective of delivering “a major responsible gambling advertising campaign… to raise public awareness of risks associated with gambling…”.
Having previously worked with GambleAware for nearly two years on a project basis, this campaign marks a formal engagement to meet the requirements to deliver an effective and targeted Safer Gambling Campaign.
Our Co-Founder, Andrew Stephens said: “This campaign is an important step in hopefully preventing people from falling into problems with gambling, so we’re delighted to extend our relationship and support for such a good cause.
Iain Corby, Deputy Chief Executive of GambleAware and Campaign Director, said: “We were impressed by Goodstuff’s creative and technically innovative approach to reaching a particularly challenging target audience, where we will be competing for attention against the heavy volume of gambling advertising.”
