In Detail

The Goodstuff Brand & Marketing Executive supports their team in delivering excellence in the Marketing department. Working in close collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Goodstuffers across the agency they are responsible for supporting agency growth, helping to build our external profile and promoting the Goodstuff brand. They are expected to develop effective Goodstuffer relationships and support the smooth and seamless running of Marketing department.

Reporting to Bethany Jones, Brand & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities to include;

  • Responsibility for daily updates across social media accounts and website. Working closely with MM to produce monthly plans and analytics.
  • Support and execute planning and organisation across all marketing related events and awards.
  • Inventive approach to producing marketing materials required for new business.
  • Work closely with internal client teams to understand what work is being produced from the agency and plan accordingly.
  • Manage the relationship between the marketing team, design team and print suppliers ensuring estimates and deadlines can be met.
  • Maintain financial accuracy across marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient management of POs, timely invoicing and quick resolution finance queries.
  • Be a team player, take initiative and get stuck in.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Goodstuffers.
  • Take responsibility for delegated deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
  • Take direction in coordinating diaries and requirements for internal meetings.
  • Develop internal initiatives to further deepen the relationship between marketing and the agency.
  • Champion, protect and nurture the Goodstuff brand
