The Requirements

The Front of House Assistant is the first point of contact for everyone coming to  our office and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the agency.

The successful candidate will:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely and adapts their communication style as needed
  • Think around problems and get to inventive solutions
  • Build effective relationships and rapport internally and with visitors

In Detail

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Ensuring that the Front of House area is immaculate at all times
  • Setting up breakfast delivery for the agency
  • Ensuring music is playing daily from 8:30am and is reflective of the Goodstuff vibe
  • Updating the Welcome Board on a daily basis
  • Managing our meeting room bookings
  • Setting up and clearing meeting rooms including catering & IT
  • Ordering refreshments for events and meetings, including tracking budget and costs
  • Sorting incoming/outgoing post & arranging couriers
  • Being a source of information and help to the company
  • Sending all-agency announcements and reminders
  • Diary support for Partners
  • Maintenance of agency admin & databases
  • Ad hoc office project support
