  • Agency experience in new business/marketing role
  • Highly literate in all aspects of social media
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to think creatively
  • A team player, and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Able to communicate professionally in all encounters with media owners, clients and people internally
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent time management
  • Solid under pressure, with the ability to work to and deliver against set and often tight deadlines

Goodstuff are hiring a New Business Manager to work with the Partners and wider agency to deliver excellence within our New Business offering.

Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and team along with a dedicated Managing Partner, the New Business Manager is expected to develop effective Goodstuffer relationships and support the smooth and seamless running of our new business work.

This is a new and exciting role, ripe for the right candidate to make their own.

Reporting to: Managing Partner.

  • Develop and deliver a proactive new business plan that fits our cultural, commercial and creative output needs. This plan also needs to cater for our differing products โ€“ Goodstuff, Socialstuff and G-Force.
  • Develop and deliver a CRM / re-targeting plan to keep in contact with past (lost) pitches
  • Develop an approach for opportunistic new business opportunities
  • Managing relationships and information provision to all intermediaries, notably AAR, Ebiquity, ID Comms and all our independent creative agencies.
  • Manage our new business pipeline process and financial platform to provide regular management information.
  • Develop a clear referral programme (strategy and financial management) for referrals into Goodstuff and out of Goodstuff.
  • To be the point person for partner agencies and new business โ€“ Local Planet, Harbour, Craft, 16×9, Love Sugar Science etc.
  • Managing all RFI and RFP proposals
  • Help co-ordinate and manage pitches โ€“ support on best-in-class process and production of pitch materials in collaboration with the brand team
  • Work with our brand team to develop new agency credentials, case studies and new business collateral.
