The Requirements

We have an opportunity for a brilliant candidate to join our fast growing Performance team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Goodstuff Planning Manager will start to take responsibility for campaign performance, effective planning and the management of junior Goodstuffers. They have a firm grasp of the building blocks of what makes effective and inventive media plans and an understanding of how they are best measured and evaluated.  They build strong relationships with other Goodstuffers and clients, to enable them to deliver the effective, accountable campaigns that ensure we delight our clients. They effectively delegate to those in supporting roles to enable them to deliver excellent work and grow their knowledge.

In Detail

Responsibilities to include:

  • Build effective relationships with client, agency and agency partner owner contacts
  • Manage the day to day running of accounts and seamless management of media plans
  • Lead small-medium sized briefs, with direction from Account Director
  • Compile basic response and performance analysis
  • Develop good understanding of key client datasets
  • Interrogate client targets and KPIs from good base of performance precedents
  • Write clear and inspiring investment briefs with clear deadlines and deliverables
  • Actively and confidently contribute to client and internal meetings
  • Produce regular, insightful competitive reviews and target audience analysis
  • Lead client status meetings and maintaining accurate and timely status reports
  • Effectively manage your work load and client expectations on a day-to-day basis
  • Create a strong working relationship with direct reports, providing them with support and guidance to help them thrive and achieve their objectives
  • Liaise regularly with relevant media owners to stay up to date with industry developments, identifying relevant opportunities for clients
  • Maintain financial accuracy across all clients ensuring efficient management of POs, timely invoicing and quick resolution of invoice queries
