In Detail

The Radio Director and the wider Investment team are the link between our media partners/owners and the agency. Working in collaboration with the Investment and Planning teams, the Account Director is responsible for leading a group of key clients, providing inspiration and excellence in Radio planning, buying and learnings. They are expected to maintain effective senior media owner relationships and seamlessly manage campaign briefs and projects.

Reporting to the Radio Group Director.


  • Day-to-day management of a group of Goodstuff clients’ Radio requirements
  • Lead on a range of Radio briefs with direction from the Radio Group Director
  • Create ideas that inspire and lead to the very best results for clients
  • Translate media strategies into Radio ideas and plans
  • Write and deliver strong and compelling presentations
  • Support and develop the team’s junior members, providing guidance to help them thrive and achieve their objectives
  • Build effective relationships with agency planners and wider teams, and key clients
  • Actively and confidently lead discussions in internal and client meetings
  • Oversee the delivery of insightful industry & competitor developments
  • Maintain and grow media partners/owner relationships in order to stay up to date with industry developments, identifying relevant opportunities for clients
  • Ensure financial accuracy across all campaigns, ensuring efficient team management of POs, timely invoicing and quick resolution of invoice queries
  • Contribute towards the Goodstuff agency culture above and beyond job description responsibilities by identifying and delivering against your ‘And Some’
